Once upon a time in 1978, I embarked on a daring mission armed with nothing more than a wicker basket, filled to the brim with soft drinks and sandwiches, loaded with exotic fillings, that would make your taste buds do a happy dance. Looking like a character straight out of a Little Red Riding Hood novel, I set out to conquer the hunger of all that worked at the northern end of Edgeware Road, London, UK. Needless to say, people couldn’t resist the temptation and were practically drooling at their desks. Sounds like a fairy tale doesn’t it? But nope, just another day in the life of a sandwich-wielding superhero.

Fast forward to 1990 and I’ve brought my love of gourmet food distribution to Los Angeles. You know what they say, “When in LA, do as the gourmet foodies do.” So, I focused on providing the perfect protein for dinner time, infusing meals with a touch of culinary magic.

I’ve spent years developing top-notch relationships with farmers and seafood suppliers, ensuring that Mr Pearson’s meats and seafood meet the highest industry standards. All that hard work and dedication has paid off.

Today, our client list includes some of ‘who’s who’ of the Hollywood’s elite; you could even say we are the official meat and seafood supplier to the stars!
