Our products are shipped frozen to ensure their quality and freshness. Upon receipt of your shipment, we kindly advise placing the items in the freezer immediately. However, if you intend to utilize a product within 48 hours, it is suitable to store it in the refrigerator.
To ensure your products remain in a frozen state during transit, we utilize dry ice. Although the occurrence is rare, it is possible that by the time of arrival, the dry ice may have sublimated. However, this should not cause any concern for your products. As long as some of the items remain frozen, any partially thawed products may be placed into your freezer upon receipt, allowing them to refreeze. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but rest assured that we take every precaution to deliver your products in optimal condition.
Please be advised that, as a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that any remaining dry ice in the shipping container should not be handled with bare hands. To ensure your safety, kindly use appropriate protective gear such as tongs, loose-fitting thermally insulated gloves or oven mitts when removing the dry ice. Alternatively, it is also acceptable to leave the dry ice in the container and allow it to sublimate naturally. Thank you for your cooperation.
